and Education, with a degree in Environmental and Interior Design from UCLA, CA; a degree in Music from BGSU, Ohio; 13 years of research at the RAND Corporation, and an extensive background in multi-media productions.

Rustic cabin interior transformed with use of brightly colored, shear, shimmering fabrics – softened the space and created a warm, inviting glow in the environment, allowing the natural sunlight to fill the space with spring colors. Designed a colorful and joyous setting for the transformative watsu celebration honoring the passage into summer.

Whatever we have created in our environments is being reflected back to us every moment that we are in them. For example, framed pictures are like portals of energy being projected at you, so if you have a picture of war, or a sad clown, or a dark, rainy day in your space, you will have those types of energies in there, too. The inverse of that would be if you have paintings or photos that uplift you and make you feel good such as a sunny landscape painting, or a beautiful bouquet of flowers, or a Mother lovingly holding a baby. What we put in our space really does matter!

Even our thoughts matter. Quantum physics tells us about the power of thought and how our thoughts actually impact the physical world right down to determining the path of electrons. Everything that we have created (and continue to create) comes first from a thought. It all begins there... with the power of an idea. It used to be said that our words are what damage, and as long as we kept our thoughts to ourselves it would be O.K. Now it is known that even our thoughts have the power to destroy or uplift, not only ourselves, but others too.

Your awareness of how powerful you are as a human being to create in this world is the first step in manifesting what it is you desire to have in your life.
